Robert Venables Q.C.

According to the Key Haven publication:

” Robert Venables Q.C. is an acknowledged expert on taxation, particularly the taxation of trusts, inheritance tax and offshore and international taxation. He is the author of several seminal works on trusts and taxation, including The Taxation of Trusts 2007 (with Finance Bill 2008 Supplement) and Inheritance Tax Planning. In the course of his practice at the bar over the last quarter century (and particularly since being appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1990) he has advised on sophisticated planning for many trusts, both at home and abroad, and appeared in landmark cases in the House of Lords, the Privy Council and the European Court of Justice, as well as in the Court of Appeal and High Court.

In September 2012 he attended a speech given by former HMRC head, Dave Hartnett which was interrupted by protestors who were against controversial tax deals with big corporations.

Robert Venables Q.C. called the group ” trespassing scum” and told them to ” depart immediately, before we set the dogs on you”.

Robert Venables Q.C. once told a conference:

” a girl simply has to open her legs. get pregnant, drop a child and there she is at the head of the benefits queue”.

Robert Venables Q.C. is a trustee of the Yves Guihannec Foundation.

” Yves Guihannec, born in 1946 and died in 1992 , is a journalist French .

He spent all his schooling at the Lycée de Laval . Columnist and editor at the magazine Le Point , he was also a jury member of the ENA .

The Yves Guihannec Foundation, created in London in his memory, performs operations for the benefit of charitable or cultural such as helping poor people infected with the virus of AIDS”

The foundation has never produced any accounts for the Charities Commission as it is obliged to do so by law.

Tel: 02073739199”

“Accounts for 31 Mar 2008: 1489 days overdue “.

Oh dear.

You’d have thought that such an ‘esteemed’ member of the legal profession would have ensured the correct legal requirements had been fulfilled.

Is Robert Venables Q.C. aware of the fact that many “trusts”, “foundation” and “charities” are often a sham and are used to launder money and hide assets and wealth?

Maybe somebody should tell him.
